Abilify - A Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor (SSRI) commonly used to treat schizophrenia, mania, personality disorders, autism, and bipolar
Xanax - A Sedative used to treat anxiety related disorders such as anxiety, and ptsd, (Chance of inducing an addiction in sims if used inappropriately)
Adderall - A stimulant used to treat ADHD (Chance of inducing an addiction in sims if used inappropriately)
CBT - Cognitive behavioral therapy is a psycho-social intervention that aims to improve mental health. CBT focuses on challenging and changing unhelpful cognitive distortions and behaviors, improving emotional regulation, and the development of personal coping strategies that target solving current problems
DBT - Dialectical behavioral therapy is a type of cognitive behavioral therapy. Cognitive behavioral therapy tries to identify and change negative thinking patterns and pushes for positive behavioral changes
EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a psychotherapy treatment that was originally designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories
Counseling - The provision of assistance and guidance in resolving personal, social, or psychological problems and difficulties, especially by a professional
Psychologist - Clinical psychologists assess, diagnose and treat individuals suffering from psychological distress and mental illness
Inpatient - A patient who stays in a hospital while under treatment
Outpatient - A patient who receives medical treatment without being admitted to a hospital
